What this site collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, the nature and timescale of your enquiry, and your message. We do not request a telephone number. There is no account, no login and no profile.
Cookies, analytics and trackers
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a font provider. Viewing a page causes no request to any external host, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Why we process it, and on what basis
To respond to your enquiry and, where it progresses, to scope possible work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries directed to us, and where relevant steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. We do not rely on consent, because consent is not the appropriate basis for correspondence you initiated. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not operate a mailing list.
Who else is involved
Form submissions are relayed by Formspree Inc., which is based in the United States, and delivered to our email provider. This involves a transfer of personal data outside the UK, made under the transfer mechanisms those providers operate. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Where an enquiry leads to work, the correspondence is retained under the retention terms of that engagement.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these, use the enquiry form and say so.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update it here. It is version-controlled, so the history of what it said is recoverable.
