How we handle your enquiry
We sell data governance. It would be poor form not to practise it.
- What we collect
- Your name, organisation, email address, the nature and timescale of your enquiry, and your message. Nothing else. We do not ask for a telephone number because we do not need one to reply.
- Why
- Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope the work. We do not operate a mailing list.
- Lawful basis
- Legitimate interests, and where relevant steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. We do not ask you to consent, because consent is not the correct basis for a business enquiry you initiated.
- Who else processes it
- The form is relayed by Formspree Inc., based in the United States, to our email provider. That is an international transfer and we name it rather than bury it.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party trackers. Nothing is requested from any external host when you view a page.
